What is an account owner? How can I change the account owner on my account?
The account owner is the Main administrator. Contact support to have the owner changed.
How do we update or change our credit card?
Admin access allows for some of the billing details to be changed. For other items, please contact support with your changes.
What happens to my data once I cancel?
Your data remains secure on our server and the account is tagged as inactive.
Does my account include any of your addon services?
Your account profile will clearly indicate what services are included with your account.
